Over the past few years Stationery Show London has evolved from an office products dominated line-up, to a retail stationery show. The 2019 programme of show features, live talks and design and trend initiatives, put together with stationery retailers in mind, is coming together nicely - read on!
Each year Stationery Show London plays host to the prestigious Stationery Awards. This year the Awards have been expanded to include five new Retailer Stationery Awards, a brand new Designer Category, sponsored by GO Stationery and, for the first time, all stationery suppliers can enter the new New Product Awards.
Visit our new dedicated Stationery Awards website for more information - and to enter!
The show works closely with trend forecasting team, Scarlet Opus, to create a Stationery Trends Hub and offer visitors the opportunity to take a 30-40 minute ‘Trend Tour’ of the show. Click here to find out more about the Tours.
Each year Scarlet Opus selects key global consumer and design trends it feels will have a significant influence in the UK stationery market and uses exhibitor products and stories to show visitors how these might manifest themselves.
The team will also present details about each trend as part of the show’s programme of live talks. Click here to find out more about our Live Talks programme.
The show will present two days of live talks, retailer workshops and hands-on ‘Creative Stationery’ workshops.
The live talks will be a series of quick fire, 30 minute long presentations covering the health of the stationery sector, trends, retail technology and business information. Click here to see the speakers.
The retailer workshops will also last 30 minutes and are aimed at assisting and training retailers with key issues. Click here to find out about this year's workshops.
The Creative Stationery Workshops are a chance to sit down and try your hand at calligraphy, paper art and much more! Great ideas to try out in store with your own customers.
Global consumer and design trends are quickly reflected by the stationery industry. The designer area will ensure that this sector of stationery design is well-represented for visitors, and supported by the Stationery Trend Hub curated by Scarlet Opus.
The Designer Area is a clear signal to stationery buyers that a full range of great stationery gifts, irresistible treats and smart stationery essentials will all be on offer at the 2019 Stationery Show London.
This initiative has so far introduced 30 new designers and suppliers to the stationery industry. Aimed at encouraging new blood into the sector, the competition is open to individuals and companies who have a new product or service they would like to launch to the industry. Their prize is a free stand at the London show.
